Refund policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ALL SALES FINAL Due to the digital nature of our products (Font Software), all sales are final. Unlike physical goods, font software cannot be returned once it has been downloaded or emailed. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind", incorrect font selection, or project cancellations once the download link has been accessed.

DAMAGES AND TECHNICAL ISSUES We stand behind the quality of our engineering. If you experience a technical problem with the Font Software:

  1. Please contact us immediately at info@eurotypo.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. We will verify the defect and attempt to provide a fixed version of the file within 48 hours.
  3. Eligibility for Refund: A refund will ONLY be granted if the Font Software is proven to be technically defective and we are unable to provide a working version or a solution within a reasonable timeframe.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind after the purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong font style (e.g., "Italic" instead of "Regular").
  • You lack the necessary software or technical knowledge to use the fonts (please check compatibility before buying).
  • Gift cards.

LICENSE EXCHANGES & UPGRADES If you purchased the wrong license level (e.g., you bought a Standard License but realized you need a Studio License), please do not buy the second license separately. Contact us at info@eurotypo.com. We will help you upgrade your license by crediting the amount you already paid towards the higher-tier license.

EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Under EU consumer law, you typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, there is a specific exception for digital content. By purchasing digital Font Software from Eurotypo and clicking the download link, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

REFUNDS PROCESS If your refund request is approved due to a confirmed technical fault: We will notify you via email. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@eurotypo.com.
